The court’s action let stand a lower court ruling that the marker violated the constitutional boundaries between church and state.”

He wrote that Elkhart’s display had a secular as well as a religious purpose. By displaying the monument outside the building housing local courts and prosecutors, the city sought to reflect the cultural, historical and legal significance of the Commandments, Rehnquist wrote.”

This was
apparently more than Stevens and the majority of the Justices of the Supreme
Court could tolerate in their idea of the separation of Church and
State.

CITIZENS; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the Liberal Public
School System, the Atheistic and Humanistic agenda of the Liberals who dominate
our learning institutions and media, the evolutionists who have defrauded our
children and citizens for over a century with our own tax dollars, the sodomites
and their apologists in the media who have persecuted moral and God fearing
organizations and individuals who have taken a stand against their filthy
practices, and from any Institution that actively prohibits the free rights of
Christians to openly express their faith or that forces or intimidates
Christians to accept into their private homes, privately owned businesses,
private organizations or public institutions and events such as schools,
patriotic festivals and public gatherings a lifestyle that is an abomination in
the sight of Almighty God.
And for the
support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine
Providence, We mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our
sacred Honor.”

In early America we had committees of correspondence and that is what we need today. America is heading towards a civil war, although how far down the road this will occur nobody knows. We are in the early stages of it now. Clauswitz said that war is merely the extension of politics. Either this will take place or else Christians will continue to lose their rights and be marginalized until we live under a Stalin-like amoral government and have no effective voice in society.
There can be no reconciliation between these two camps without sacrificing those sacred principles which we hold so dear. They are diametrically opposed in their world view to ours-as opposite as the early American Colonists were to the British Monarch; as the abolitionists who wished to free the slaves before the Civil War were to the southern plantation owners; as the countries who lived and fought for freedom in the twentieth century were to the dark totalitarian governments of the communist and fascist dictatorships.
And mark my words, the secularists at this point are winning.
Why? There are two reasons:
They also are aware of the struggle and have been actively engaged in pursuing their conquest of Judeo-Christian civilization. Christians and conservatives have been asleep at the wheel and in many cases are oblivious to the danger.
We are divided by traditions and petty squabbles and we need to unite and organize across denominational lines (with at least a common minimum belief in the Trinity, the blood of Christ for atonement and the inspiration of the Bible for Christians, thus I would oppose being unequally yoked with any cult, no matter how large, prestigious and prosperous such as Mormons, The Unification Church, muslims or other groups based on false revelations despite their proclamations of patriotism. Also, since Christianity had its roots in Judaism and is actually an offshoot of the Jewish faith I would see those of conservative views in the Hebrew tradition as our brothers and allies, they are still God's chosen people).
And pastors, asleep at the podium have got to take a stand and at the risk of losing their tax exempt status they need to speak out against what is going on.
The majority of people today, along with most Christians, are not aware of the severity of the crisis. We have our groceries on the table, we heard a good sermon on Sunday telling us that God loves us and that everything is okay. We have our sports entertainment and our movies to watch. We have been lulled to sleep by the comforts of popular culture.
Today we have church leaders who are afraid to mention politics and politicians who are afraid to mention God.
Pastors were the voice of the conscience of the emerging nation in 1776 and they have failed in their task today. They are preaching comfortable messages and organizing bake sales while our freedoms are being whittled away. Their pretribulation rapture doctrine and easy believism has made them ineffective.
Where are the Christians who should be standing with Judge Moore in this time of national crisis? Is there a man of God out there with the courage of a Nathan Hale? Are there any men of God out there with the courage of the Founding Fathers? The Pastors preach pleasant sermons and refuse to preach of judgement and righteousness and the people love to have it so. And the Word of the Lord has become like a pleasant song to the members of the church, and yet they will not follow the Lord, or make mention of His righteousness, and His Word is in their ears, but it is far from their heart. And they claim to know the Lord, but they do not know the Lord, for they will not walk in His ways, or listen to His Spirit, or give glory to His Name.
If things progress in the same manner that they have over the last thirty years, one day they will find themselves as the Russian Orthodox Church did on the eve of the Bolshevic Revolution, when their elders were holding a meeting trying to decide what the color of their church vestments should be.
Within 48 hours they were all dead, killed by the communists.
Three articles from The Instrument of Government, a landmark document in the establishment of constitutional law, instituted in 1653 in England under Cromwell when he assumed the position of Lord Protector over the realm, would do much to insure religious liberty in this land, and in fact I believe that they should be added to a revised version of our Constitution to insure the religious rights of Christians, with the added provision that these liberties would be ensured for Catholics as well. These three articles read:
XXXV. That the Christian religion, as contained in the Scriptures [no extra biblical cults are meant to be included], be held forth and recommended as the public profession of these nations [England, Ireland and Scotland]; and that, as soon as may be, a provision, less subject to scruple and contention, and more certain than the present, be made for the encouragement and maintenance of able and painful teachers, for the instructing [of] the people, and for discovery and confutation of error * (see note) , hereby, and whatever is contrary to sound doctrine; and until such provision be made, the present maintenance shall not be taken away or impeached.(Such a provision in Article XXXV, "for the instructing [of] the people, and for discovery and confutation of error" might be of invaluable aid to refuting the heresy of evolution, which is currently being taught and funded by federal money in universities and by government sponsored museums and media outlets; let the evolutionists have their say, let them have their day in court, but let it be balanced with the truth-Bible believing Christians pay taxes as well-with the evidence that exposes the fraudulent nature of their claims, since the only way that they can continue their charade is to have a monopoly on the educational and media outlets, with only one side presented, theirs. There should in fact be government sponsored national debates, for all to hear on nationwide television, with the creationist scientists on one side, and the evolutionists on the other, and then let the public decide which side has the truth, instead of the one sided indoctrination that most citizens receive in the media and educational institutions run by the evolutionists themselves. Our country has been hijacked by secular unbelievers who represent their erroneous opinions as though it is the truth, and patriotic Americans must take decisive steps to take America back.)
XXXVI. That to the public profession held forth none shall be compelled by penalties or otherwise; but that endeavours be used to win them by sound doctrine and the example of a good conversation.
XXXVII. That such as profess faith in God by Jesus Christ (though differing in judgment from the doctrine, worship or discipline publicly held forth) shall not be restrained from, but shall be protected in, the profession of the faith and exercise of their religion; so as they abuse not this liberty to the civil injury of others and to the actual disturbance of the public peace on their parts: provided this liberty be not extended to ["Popery or Prelacy, etc . . ."; this part relating to the Papacy would not be included, Catholics would enjoy the full rights as other Orthodox Christians; this was inserted after a century of Protestant/Catholic wars that tore the Empire apart] nor to such as, under the profession of Christ, hold forth and practice licentiousness.
There should also be a change in the wording of the Constitution itself. The Founding Fathers, in their fear of being held hostage to a state sponsored church unwittingly left the door open for the progressives and liberals to literally run roughshod over the rights of Christians in this country during the late twentieth century, enacting repressive and unjust decrees denying freedom of religious expression that the Founding Fathers would never have wished or deemed possible. There is one remedy to this situation, one that had they forseen the repression of religious liberty taking place today in our country they might have instilled into the wording of the Constitution. Whether or not this would have been the case, the situation today has only one remedy if Christians are to enjoy the freedoms envisioned by our Father's when they founded this country.
The Constitution should be amended to read: "We the people, for the glory of Christ and His Kingdom, in order to form a more perfect union . . .". Only through such a provision may America be "born again" from being a secular country to becoming what she was meant to be, a Christian nation established for the glory of Christ Jesus and His Kingdom.
Free and accessible health care for the poor and the destitute should also be a prerequisite in a just and compassionate society. How can you clamor for government aid for your businesses and money to have your roads paved and yet neglect the needs of those created in the image of God and for whom Christ came to serve and to die for?
The essential issue and the solution is simply this: there should be a distinction between the church and the state, but there should be no separation between Christianity and civil government; there should be a union between religion and the state, not any particular denomination, but it should have been understood that Christianity was the official religion of this country, with other religions being tolerated, but not endorsed.
We need to plan, to organize, to educate, and most of all to rely on God and on His aid.
The hour is late. The country is almost lost; in fact the old country that we once knew as the United States of America is for all practical purposes gone. The old foundations have crumbled. The ancient landmarks have been taken away. Only through laying a New Foundation can we hope to see righteousness established again.
America, that great nation, has fallen, has fallen and is become the habitat of demons, and a dwelling place for every foul spirit, and a stronghold for every unclean thing. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her excesses.
Our forefathers were citizen soldiers who turned their plowshares and pruninghooks into swords and gave us this great nation at the risk of their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. I want to ask of you one thing:
If King George in England had assented to every one of the colonists' demands, had repealed all of the unjust taxes and allowed them free and unrestricted trade but had done two things:
1) Torn down any religious symbols in the public square and forbidden the Ten Commandments to be posted and forbidden children to pray in schools and
2) Forcibly mandated that the colonists accept homosexuals in their churches, schools and their businesses, then I ask of you my friend: What would George Washington, Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Patrick Henry and the rest of the Founding Fathers have done?
We have only one course to follow, the course of patriotism, the course of duty.
In every great enterprise in history there have been those few with the vision and the determination to rise above the common crowd and to hearken to the voice of God, and to follow the path of duty, of righteousness, and of honor.

Then the Lord said to Moses Addendum: On June
26, 2003 the Supreme Court of the United States of America legalized sodomy in
our land while Americans did nothing to protest it and our government leaders
sat by. On August 21, 2003, because Christians failed to do their duty, and
because we did not have courageous leadership in the White House to stand for
God's Word, the Ten Commandments were outlawed in the state of Alabama by the
courts of this land while Americans did nothing to protest it and our government
leaders sat by. A letter sent by a
group of Romanian NGOs and individuals to President Bush and Secretary Powell
in January named high-level appointees responsible for having “transformed the
U.S. diplomatic addresses in to havens of debauchery,” and further alleges
that “(b)ased on reports and pornographic photos circulating around
newspapers…” they “… use their privileged positions to corrupt young
Romanians, paying them for sexual relations, by both cash and visas to the
U.S.” The signatories of this letter include the Union of War Veterans, the
National League of December 1989 Combatants, and three former Romanian
parliament members. According to Dr.
Patrick Johnston , family practice physician and founder of the Muskingum County
Association of Pro-life Physicians On September 18, 2001, President Bush appointed a homosexual
activist to be Ambassador to Romania at the protest of the Romanian
government. Furthermore, President Bush authorized a Clinton policy that
allows an “unmarried partner” of a foreign aid worker to be given the same
status as a married spouse. So the ambassador’s homosexual lover
accompanies him to official government functions, travels with and resides
with him on the taxpayers’ tab. On August 22, 2001, President Bush
appointed an open homosexual to the U.S. Commission on Fine Arts.[16] He
presided over the appointment of another open homosexual to oversee the choice
of civilian personnel at the Pentagon.[17] The Bush administration
posted a job for a “gay and lesbian program specialist” at the Department of
Agriculture. On November 1, 2001, President Bush appointed an open
homosexual to the State Department as an arms control advisor, which was the
first appointment of an openly gay person to a senior arms control post.
President Bush insisted that openly homosexual Congressman Jim Kolbe of
Arizona be given a prominent speaking role at the Republican National
Convention.[18],[19] On January 25, 2002, President Bush appointed many
openly gay Republicans to the President’s Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS.[20] Why Christians Should Not Vote for Bush” By Patrick Johnston,
D.O. (Last updated 9/04) The executive director of the National Republican
Senatorial Committee in charge of the Republican reelection effort in 2004 is a
known homosexual. The Committee states that they do not discriminate on the
basis of sexual orientation. The President threw
his support behind a pro-homosexual, pro-abortion senate candidate who also
opposed prayer in public schools over a Christian pro-life candidate in
Pennsylvania who stood solidly for public morality in 2004. The man of God lost
the election by a very narrow margin, thanks in large part to Mr. Bush's backing
of the other candidate. President Bush, if you or any of your advisers are
reading this, there are three things you need to do
so that the Lord may prosper you: When your opponent says that he is personally opposed to
abortion but doesn't want to impose his own morality on others, then you must
ask him, would he say the same thing about rape, or murder? Would John Kerry say
"Well, you know, I am personally opposed to rape, but I don't want to impose my
own morality on others". All laws, whether they
have to do with rape or poverty or aid to senior citizens or the taking of
human life, are laws of morality; all legislation has to do with right and
wrong, all of law is based on morality, and if we don't use the Bible as our
basis for morality, then whose definition of morality will we use? Your politically correct advisers do not fear the God of Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob. There is no fear of God in their eyes President Bush, and you
need to turn back to the Lord, and seek His
counsel. Like some Philistine
Goliath the liberals and the secular forces in this land are coming out
challenging the Lord's army, sometimes with bullhorns, saying
THIS IS THE
ACLU We are entering the
time of "Jacob's Trouble", a time of trial when great tribulation will
come on all those who profess the name of Jesus Christ. Those who believe in the
false pre-tribulation rapture will be totally unprepared for this, just as the
unbelievers were unprepared before the time of the Flood of Noah. The church in
America will not be spared this tribulation, however those who live for the Lord
and follow Him with their whole heart will be protected in a special way. This
does not mean that there will not be persecution for them, however the Lord will
strengthen them, and guide them, and anoint them to be witnesses for Him, and
many of them will be spared the great plagues that are coming upon all of
mankind. The Lord will guide them to "cities of refuge" where they can find
safety and security from the wrath to come after the tribulation has purified
the saints. America is the last bastion of protection for Christianity, and when
America falls, then the persecution will begin. America
entered the war with Iraq with insufficient troops and a misunderstanding of the
Islamic mindset, which is diametrically opposed to the Judeo-Christian mindset.
The administration foolishly thought that all of the Iraqi's would welcome the
westerners with open arms after the removal of Saddam Hussein. This has not been
the case. While general Franks and Rumsfield were congratulating
themselves on the swiftness of the initial "victory" something else was
happening behind the scenes. Saddam knew he could not stand up to a direct
attack from America's military forces. The terror masters knew this as well.
America is in a very
precarious situation because of a foohardy President who launched a war in
a dangerous region of the world without sufficient planning on how to
finish it. The only way to resolve this is either to withdraw immediately
or else institute a new draft and increase our troop presence so that we may end
this war and end it quickly with a decisive victory. At present our
troops are becoming tired and dispirited. It is possible that with the
demoralisation of our troops we may be headed for a massive troop rebellion
against our failed leadership or else a Waterloo type of situation. Both would
be disasterous. We must act and we must act soon to resolve this dilemma. Sun
Tzu said rightly that there has never been a prolonged military campaign that
has ended profitably. I have said that America will be given a series of chances to repent
and return to God, and at each one of these crossroads a further judgement will
commence if she refuses to return to God. When the Supreme Court refused to
reinstate Judge Moore in October of 2004 the bell tolled one more
time against this nation. Ask not for whom the bell tolls America, it tolls
for thee. God did raise up George Bush to lead
America at this time. However just as there were certain kings of Israel who
were chosen by God and then later lost their place due to disobedience, so there
are three things that George Bush must do if he is to prosper, whether or not he
wins the election. If he will stand for Christian and Godly principles again,
stand firmly against abortion and stand against the assault of the sodomites,
then the Lord will prosper him. However even if he were to win the
election, if he will not stand for Godly principles, he will not
prosper. Whether or not it was the right decision to go to war in Iraq, now
that we are there, we must win it, and we must win it decisively, and you do not
win a war through politcal correctness. Remember the lesson of Chamberlain.
Many of the bureaucrats in the state department graduated from
colleges where the professors were marxists and atheists, and where America was
pilloried in the classrooms as responsible for most of the crimes in the world
over the past two hundred years, responsible for the repression of blacks and
other minorities, imperialistic and greedy, in other words, America was
portrayed in much the same way that Islam portrays America, as the "great
satan". After a hard fought battle to take the city
of Fallujah our marines were ordered back just when victory was in our
grasp so that we would not appear to be insensitive to the muslim inhabitants of
the city. Within days the city was back in the hands of the terrorists. We have
repeatedly allowed a terrorist muslim sheik responsible for American deaths in
Iraq to slip out of our hands so that we would not appear to be intolerant of
his faith!

What follows is not "prophecy", it is not necessarily
"Thus saith the Lord". I believe that for most of the church age all genuine
prophecy has ceased since the completion of the Book of Revelation, however
prophecies that were pronounced on nations in the Old Testament have moral and
spiritual lessons for us today, and the same events that occured in the drama of
those nations may occur today as well, and the fulfillment of His
judgements and the prophecies in the Bible are yet being unfolded in the
panorama of God's providential dealing with mankind: God is not the God of the
dead, but of the living, and his judgements and statutes are from everlasting to
everlasting. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
America is now in her time of demise. Like the nations of anitiquity, great
Egypt and Babylon, who proudly resisted God's Word, the same scenario is now
being acted out in the American political scene. America's judgement has
commenced. If she does not repent, she will hear the awful words from the
Lord of hosts that were pronounced on other nations that had transgressed His
Law:

When America
legalized sodomy and outlawed the Ten Commandments in 2003 this was no light
matter. It is a very serious matter for a nation to officially outlaw God's
Law.
When the Ten Commandments were in danger of being taken away from
public view in Alabama, the President of the United States should have sent down
Federal troops to prevent this from happening, and he should have addressed the
nation and reaffirmed our Christian heritage and told us of the necessity of
honoring God in our public institutions.
This he failed to do.
When
God calls a man, and raises him up to a position of great leadership, there is a
great responsibility that goes along with this. If America's President will
continue to walk humbly before the Lord, and work to prevent the slaughter of
the innocent unborn children, and stand against the wickedness of the sodomite
assault on our culture, then the Lord will bless him in due season.
However,
if he will not follow the counsel of the Lord, and if he will not support
other righteous men for public office who reverence the Lord and who obey His
statutes, but instead will justify the wicked, and make ungodly alliances (2
Chronicles 20:35-37), then the Lord will take away from him his position and his
power.
The second Bush administration appointed an openly homosexual man
to be ambassador to the nation of Romania on September 21st, 2001. According to
the Washington Post, which reported the story at the time, "Ambassador Michael
Guest will be joined in Bucharest by his partner, Alex Nevarez, who was onstage
at Guest's swearing-in and was verbally acknowledged by Secretary of State Colin
Powell". The new ambassador then promptly moved into the diplomatic residence
with his male "lover". Romanians were shocked and outraged by this appointment,
since they have refused to change their strict anti-sodomy laws as a requirement
to join the European Union.
James Antle wrote in the American
Conservative (May 24, 2004) that the embassy in
Romania is now being called the "pink embassy" and the "Bucharest
bathhouse" He wrote that

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party openly endorses
sodomy and advocates the slaughter of unborn children, even up to the moment of
healthy, live birth.
Both major political parties are awash in
corruption.
A slaughter of much greater proportions than what has
happened in Iraq has been occuring in Sudan for years, and three U.S. Presidents
have turned a blind eye to the sufferings of millions of Christians in
that country who have been hunted down and massacred by muslims in a horrific
genocide. Wealthy oil interests have been making profits with the Islamic
government that rules that country and sponsers the terrorism.
I want to
be very careful how I choose my words here, I want to write what the Lord wants
me to write. These are serious times, these are the times "that try men's
souls"; these recent court rulings will have historical, and in a spiritual
sense eternal repercusions. I do believe though that when these two events
occured, the removal of the Ten Commandments and the legalization of sodomy, the
United States of America crossed a line of demarcation - she has come to her own
Kadesh Barnea and turned away from the Lord; she has in effect officially
rejected God's Word and has chosen to legalize abomination; her sins have
reached up to heaven, and nothing can forestall her impending judgement now; she
has been given a time to repent since 9/11 and to turn back to God. Instead she
has turned her back on God, and although I cannot say exactly how or when it
will come, I do believe that there will be a period of steady decline from this
time forth in our nation, followed by a final wrenching judgement, and when that
judgement does come it shall be swift and sure, and shall not tarry, meaning
that it will be in God's perfect timing. It was said of the nations whom Israel
supplanted that they were allowed to continue to exist until their iniquity had
reached it's fullness. America's cup is now nearly full, and when it reaches
that mark of final apostacy, then the Lord's judgement will come on her.
Be
not deceived, God is not mocked; whatsoever a man or a nation shall sow, that
shall it reap. As the prophet Isaiah has said:

And God is
looking for men, for modern day Davids, modern day Gideons, modern day Joshuah's
to stand up to this challenge. Instead we have a lazy, backslidden church
reading a whole host of inane "Left Behind" books and "He's Coming Soon" books
deceiving the people with false promises of peace and safety when the enemy is
at the gates. They have told us that the battle will soon be over and that the
best that we can do is capitulate until the rapture happens, which they assure
us will occur any minute now and save us from any conflict so that we can get
out of here and avoid a good fight. And the pastors who should be leading the
charge are cowering in their pre-tribulation foxholes while the enemy is
spoiling for a fight. Even if the Lord's return is imminent according to
Scripture, then it was also imminent in the year 1,000 A.D., and thank God for
our sakes Christians didn't just sit on their hands back then, and if the Lord
doesn't return until 10,000 A.D. His return will still be imminent, and what are
we going to do in the meantime?
While there were a few brave souls who came
to stand by Judge Moore, by and large the Christian response was too little, too
late. If Christians will do nothing to stand up for their freedom, then they do
not deserve to keep it. While this disaster occured in Alabama and a brave and
virtuous man stood alone against the forces of tyranny, the Christian church in
America barely blinked an eye as she uttered a collective burp of acquiescence
while sitting back at her feeding trough.
I have a word from the Lord for
those pre-tribulational pastors and Christians who are hoping for some quick
escape route to avoid their responsibility to disciple the nations:
I do believe that there should have been a national
period of true repentance and turning back to the Lord; but if that does not
happen, America might someday hear "The harvest is passed, the summer is now
ended, and we are not saved". I feel that, unless there is a genuine revival
that changes the political and cultural atmosphere of this land, and this
must be more than mere emotionalism; this should be a period of mourning, of
fasting, perhaps even of wearing sackloth as a public display of humility and of
warning, unless there is a genuine renewal to commitment to living a life of
sacrifice, of obedience to the Word of God, then the plight of America is
essentially hopeless at this point; all her pomp and splendour, all her military
might, all of her wealth and prosperity, all of her knowledge cannot help her
now, she has apostatised, she has despised the Lord and His statutes, only
judgement awaits her now. With a progressive lessening of the moral influence of
the Law, America has lost her sense of purpose; the loss of her internal
cohesiveness which the liberals have fought so long and hard to demolish will
spell her doom. The judgement will come from within initially, as the Lord has
said "The word that I have spoken will judge them"; thus the rejection of the
light of God's truth will be her own sentence on herself, however there will
undoubtedly be external influences; such as having her resources sapped by a
long and costly war in some middle eastern sphere of the world, which will leave
her vulnerable over the next few years to a possible military invasion from the
far east, from China or North Korea or from an alliance of both, and there may
also be some immediate catastrophes coming from foreign terrorists. After all,
since we have officially outlawed the display of the Ten Commandments, we can no
longer expect God to providentially protect our land as He has done for the past
few centuries.
God has put hooks into
America's jaws and drawn her into a conflict in an ancient land that
will sap her resources and her will unless she repents and returns to the Lord.
It is perhaps more than a coincidence that the land that Abraham left behind to
seek and worship the true God, the land of Ur in ancient Mesopotamia that
worshipped idols and still worships an idol made of stone today, may now be used
by God to judge a nation that has turned her back on that same God. America has
lost her moral authority to lead in this world; with sodomite parades in her
public streets, Boy Scouts being persecuted for not allowing the perversion of
sodomy to infect their ranks while the Ten Commandments are outlawed in the
courts of our land, we have no business telling other nations how to conduct
their affairs.
I can say one thing at this time, if I may be permitted
by the Lord: The division will continue in our land, and it will only be settled
through one side winning, and one side losing, while that question that rang
through the congregation of ancient Israel still rings true today: "Who is on
the Lord's side?"
It is time for a regime change in our land, and I am not
referring to the typical Democrat/Republican circus that takes place every four
years in our nation.
There must be a broad based
citizen's resistance movement across this land against the liberal cultural
elite in order to restore our lost rights and privileges as Christians in
America. Pastors and Christian churches must unite in cities and
towns all over this nation and circle courthouses where the ACLU has
threatened to take down the Ten Commandments to protect them from
being removed, with their own bodies if necessary.
This is the kind of
patriotism that we need if America is to survive; we need real men in the pulpit
and in the pews who will stand up for their liberty the way our forefathers did;
not the wimpy, namby-pamby, wishy washy pre-tribulational milktoast lukewarm
once-saved-always-saved Calvinism that lulls most of the protestant churches to
sleep every Sunday.
Once righteousness is restored in this land and
Christians have taken the realm back from the evil liberals (yes, there are evil
people in this world besides the commonly identified variety of criminals and
terrorists; slaughtering innocent, unborn babies is evil and those who advocate
this are evil; enforcing the perversion of sodomy is evil and persecuting the
Boy Scouts because they have refused to allow this abhorrant lifestyle to infect
their ranks is evil; forcing the removal of the Ten Commandments from public
view is evil and those who have striven to enforce this tyrannical oppression of
religious rights are evil, and although I do not advocate taking the law of
punitive retribution into our own hands, either individually or in mass
gatherings, I do believe that unrighteous laws should not be obeyed, and
peaceful, non-violent civil resistance could and should be our recourse, and
that governments sometimes have to be changed when they abrogate the rights of
the people, and sometimes these changes involve a physical struggle), then
Christianity will officially be the national religion, and this will be put into
legal code and displayed in the offices of the highest courts of our land.
Now, what I am about to say is not written in stone; but God's judgements
are from everlasting to everlasting, and no nation can with impunity scorn His
law and not suffer the consequences. As Pharaoh was given the opportunity ten
times to repent and release the children of Israel, so America will experience a
succession of judgements, and at each point she will have an opportunity to
repent and return to the Lord, until the final judgement when her cup of
iniquity shall be full.
The Bible
states when you shall see the abomination of desolation standing in
the Holy Place where it ought not, then the end is near. Many Christians
understand this to mean the anti-christ standing in the rebuilt temple in
Jerusalem. There is another understanding of this though.
In Christianity,
the Church is God's temple, and the most Holy Place, the most sacred place where
God's Presence is understood to dwell is the table where Holy Communion is
celebrated, where the Body and Blood of the Lord is presented to the faithful in
Christ. The Scripture says that this is our alter, of which those who still
offer animal sacrifices in the Levitical priesthood have no right to eat
(Hebrews 13:10).
This then is the alter of the New Testament, the Lord's
Supper. God's temple is the body of believers who have the Holy Spirit
indwelling in them. We are told that when the abomination of desolation stands
in this place, where it ought not, then we are to prepare to flee for safety.
What could this abomination of desolation be? There are only a few things
mentioned in the Bible that are called abominations. The Scripture says that
this will be something "standing where it ought not". It would be something or
someone that will stand to represent the Lord, but will be so detestable that it
will be called an abomination. This would be some terrible wickedness standing
in God's stead. Has this happened today?
When the Episcopal Church appointed
an openly declared homosexual to the position of bishop, I believe this
prophecy was in part fulfilled. In this case, the abomination would
not necessarily be the political beast power itself, but it would be a sign
warning us that soon "then shall that wicked appear". There may be a
dual future fulfillment of this with the anti-christ in Jerusalem in some
rebuilt Jewish temple, although the partial fulfillment of this prophecy
has clearly happened today with the abomination of a sodomite being allowed to
represent Christ in the Holy Supper.
The Scripture says that the abomination
would stand "where it ought not", meaning that it will be a person so
detestable, so vile, that it would not even be referred to in the normal human
way, or even given a masculine gender.
Scripture says "When you shall see
the abomination of desolation", meaning that this will be an event that will be
witnessed by the entire world. The whole Christian church will be aware of this.
That is what has happened. That sign was a warning, and just as the Jews of the
first century were warned to flee Jerusalem for persecution would surely follow,
so those Christians living in the New Jerusalem, the New Testament Church, have
been warned that the beginning of persecution will follow soon on the heels of
this event.
This, along with the sodomite Catholic priests who have been
allowed to celebrate communion and were not removed from their positions, and
those sodomites, false prophets and false shepherds in other denominations
who have committed sacrilege have fulfilled this prophecy. Thus the abomination
of desolation would be when the leaders in the modern day temple, the Christian
Church, apostatise in a very serious and deliberate way.
The Catholic church is rank with apostacy,
heresy, and sin as well.
In 1986 Pope John Paul II convened a summit of
religious leaders from different faiths to worship together in Assisi, Italy.
While Buddhists, Hindu's, muslim's, snake worshippers and Voodoo priests
chanted, the Pope allowed a statue of Buddha to be placed on top of
the Tabernacle of Offering, the alter where the communion Host is kept, the body
and blood of Christ.
He allowed a pagan god to be elevated above the
true God of Israel.
He broke the first two commandments of the
Decalogue. In essence, this was an act of apostacy. 
In an act of treachery to the millions of
Christian's killed by militant muslim's in Asia, Sudan and other parts of Africa
over the past fifteen years, as well as to the many Christian martyrs slain
throughout the centuries by the bloody sword of the Islamic
jihadists, on May 4, 1999 the Pope, with several muslim officials from Iraq
and the late Chaldean Catholic Patriarch, Raphael I Bidawid, watching, actually
held and kissed the Koran.
Some of the Catholics in attendance at this
event gasped in dismay when he did this. This was an act of apostacy, this
was a betrayal of his office and of his faith.
The Pope sits in the chair of
St. Peter, who was martyred for his faith. If Islam had existed during St.
Peter's life, would he have kissed the Koran? I would say not. St. Peter
suffered chains and beatings and imprisonment for his faith. He would have
fearlessly preached Christ in the Muslim lands, and willingly given his
life for this testimony, as millions of Christians already have sacrificed
their lives for their faith to the bloody sword of Islam in Africa and the
middle east over the past thirteen centuries.
The Koran is not a Holy
Book. It is not on a par with the Bible. It is not the Word of God. It is the
recorded words of a raving maniac, probably demon possessed, who raped,
pillaged, killed and led a band of robbers who slaughtered entire villages of
Jews and Christians in the middle east during his life.
The Pope can be
forgiven. He needs to repent. He should have repented publicly for these
actions, but this may be too late now in his advanced age, however he may still
repent privately. He needs prayer. To look at the Pope in the years since then,
he appears to be not only physically sick, but he is clearly suffering
spiritually from the effects of these terrible acts of betrayal to his
Saviour.
The book of Revelation compares physical Jerusalem with Sodom
and Egypt spiritually (Rev 11:8 "where also our Lord was crucified"; although He
was crucified outside the gates of the City to fulfill prophecy, our Lord
Himself has already pronounced physical Jerusalem desolate when the Jews
rejected Him at his first coming; Matt 23:38; Luke 13:35. When the Lord
does come back he will rule from Jerusalem and it will again be the Holy City.
Perhaps at that time a new temple will be rebuilt.
The leaders of
the early first century Christian church were nearly all Jewish; our Lord,
the Apostles, most of the writers of the New Testament, and during
the last days immediately prior to the coming of the Lord the leaders of the
remnant Christian church of true believers, as opposed to the false harlot
church, will again be Jewish, they will be Messianic Jews who have accepted
Christ. At present the rulers of physical Zion are still unbelievers - they have
still not accepted their Messiah - I speak as a Christian of Jewish
ancestry who prays for the remnant of Israel - but when another, antichrist,
shall come in his own name, him they will receive). The temple of God where the
abomination would be in the last days would not be another Jewish temple though.
We have our eyes in the wrong place; we are watching the middle east for the
anti-christ, when the temple that will be desecrated in the last days is the
apostate Christian church.
I can say this: America is
now ripe for judgement. Her armed forces are stretched thin on two fronts on the
opposite side of the world. She has recently removed many of her troops from
South Korea to send to the Arab conflict. Her own borders are now vulnerable and
she does not have the armed strength to protect herself at home should a foreign
power move against her.
Take heed to these words, for the time may be near:
When the north shall attack the south in the land of the rising sun, and the
land of the dragon shall move against the island to the east, America will be
unable to respond; then the bear from the land of Russ will see it and torment
the harlot with fire.
I am not advocating selling everything that you have
and running off into the mountains. If the Lord speaks to you to do this, fine,
but just be sure it is really the Lord speaking to you, and not your own
imagination. I do have one word of advice for someone who is asking how to
escape these things. Commit your way to Jesus Christ, and remember justice, and
mercy: "Blessed is he who cares for the poor, the Lord will deliver him in time
of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, and he will be
blessed upon the earth" (Psalm 41:1-2). The sin of America is pride,
haughtiness, adultery and covetousness. Give to the poor, give to charity, give
of your substance to those in need, both in this nation and especially on other
nations where children are suffering from hunger and want, for with such
sacrifices God is well pleased (Hebrews 13:16). When you remember the
fatherless and the widow, and seek good and not evil, then perhaps you will be
spared from the wrath to come.
Regarding the war with Islam, what we have in the world at this time is a clash of
civilizations, a clash of worldviews, and one side must prevail. And even though
there are those who are called "moderate" muslims, nevertheless the muslims who
are of the extremist brand are simply those muslims who have read their Koran
and have taken it's bloody precepts to heart! It is the leading clerics in the muslim world who
are proclaiming the call to jihad, these are not the fringe elements of
their faith who are initiating this war! This is the main difference between the
Islamic fanatics and those fringe groups of Christians who bomb buildings and
shoot abortion doctors-they are the fringe element of Christianity,
they are not the mainstream leaders of the major Christian movements,
but those in the Islamist camp who are calling for the slaughter of the
infidels are the leaders of the mainstream movements of the muslim
faith! When the liberals and the dominant western media lump all
"fundamentalists" together in one big bag, making no distinction as to whether
they are Christian or Islamic, this is a slanderous calumny of the gravest
proportions; to lump a Christian who takes their faith seriously with a muslim
who takes their faith seriously would be to put Mother Teresa and Osama
Bin Laden in the same camp, nevertheless that is what the liberals and their
toadies in academia have done when they have besmirched Christians with their
propaganda.
This is the crucial difference, and whether we like it or
not, we are in a war for our culture, for our way of life, for those grand
institutions of civil and religious liberty that we take for granted
and that are the foundations of our heritage of lawful freedom to
worship and to choose our system of government. This is in fact a war that
began centuries ago, and despite what has been taught in our history books, the
Crusades were a defensive war being fought against Islamic fanatics who
wanted to turn Europe into an Islamic state, and they had already conquered the
entire middle east with the sword and had made their way all the way to
Vienna, and they occupied Spain for many centuries. Were it not for the
crusaders turning the muslim hoards back, all the women in Europe would be
wearing burkas and we would be under the muslim rule of
shariah.
It seemed as though the victory was too swift. What actually was happening
was a classic military maneuver known as a feint withdrawal followed up by a
flank attack. America has been drawn into a cul de sac. General Franks led our
troops into harms way when we were understaffed and then quickly retired and
wrote a book. Rumsfield is nowhere to be seen today, at least in press
conferences. Iraq is now a potboiler for terrorism. With insufficient troops and
an indecisive administration we have terrorists pouring into this country now in
an old style ambush.
God is saying to you, America, just as the Lord said to Jerusalem
two thousand years ago, "How oft would I have gathered you under me, as a hen
gathers her chicks, but you would not".
God is using the world
scene to judge America. At every juncture that America turns against God,
she will suffer a further consequence of this in her international and domestic
affairs.
Thus many of those working in the state department itself would have
questionable loyalty to the foundational ideals of our country.
Meanwhile our President blabbers on about Islam being a peaceful religion.
You don't start a war you are not determined to win, and the first thing you must do is identify the enemy and have him in your sites. You don't engage in a fight with some murderous thugs and then turn around and say "You know, you guys aren't such a bad bunch of fellows after all. We've got more in common than I thought". It is not radical Islam that is the enemy. The enemy is Islam. The only reason we have peaceful and moderate muslims in the United States is because they are not a sizeable part of the population. There are no moderate muslims in Saudi Arabia. There are no moderate muslims in Afghanistan. There are no moderate muslims in Pakistan. If you live in one of those countries and decide "You know, I think I'm going to go out for lunch today" during the month of Ramadan, or decide to go bowling instead of going to the mosque on Friday you can wind up in prison. Women in those countries can be beaten for making too much noise. Moderate muslims in those countries who might equate Islam with Christianity or some other religion can be shot!
You cannot fight against a dangerous enemy with one hand shackled behind your back. We should have learned this lesson decades ago in Vietnam, but apparently the politically correct managers of the war in the Pentagon and the State department have not learned that lesson.
America had
a policy of prohibiting American troops who were putting their lives on the line
in Iraq from receiving Christian literature and Bibles in the mail lest we
offend the indigenous muslim population! General Boykin was forced by his
superiors to publicly apologise over a speech he made while off duty
to a private church audience in the United States regarding the differences
between Christianity and Islam ! Among other sad news on the home front,
Alabama Supreme Court Judge Roy Moore has been permanently removed from his
office for erecting a monument of the Ten Commandments in a courthouse in his
home state. Recently the Supreme Court refused to review his case.
Judge
Moore is a modern Jeremiah suffering at the hands of this apostate
government. It does not matter who wins the election in 2004, for
this and other actions judgement is coming on this nation.
The insanity persists when we
allow muslims to serve in our armed forces in the war against terrorism.
This would be equivalent to our having let openly professed
Nazis serve in the United States military during World War II in the
war against Germany. And then prohibiting our brave soldiers in Iraq from firing
on Mosques so that we don't offend the religious sensibilities of the muslims?
Mosques where weapons have been stored to kill our young men and women fighting
for their country; Mosques where hatred of Jews and Christians and the "infidel
West" has been preached for decades by fanatical Islamic Mullahs; Mosques where
terrorists meet to collaborate and exchange plans to conduct more terror
campaigns?
Mosques are centers of idol worship for a pagan religion founded
by a fanatical madman in the seventh century. There is no Mosque on the face of
the earth that can be called a holy shrine, any more than Hitler's Reichstag
could have been considered a cathedral.
"But we all worship the same
God, don't we?" Well, don't we? If you truly believe this, why don't
you go to Saudi Arabia, or any other muslim country, and share
with them your wonderful message for world peace. Go and tell them that God
and Allah and Buddha are all names for the same God! They might want to hear it.
I'm sure that once you were within the borders of Saudi Arabia, or Pakistan, or
Indonesia, or Iraq, or Iran, or Jordan, or any other Islamic country, and you
shared with them your wonderful message of peace, that your muslim brothers
would welcome you with open arms. However, it might easily be your sentence
for a lengthy imprisonment, or even your epitaph as well; what one can say
freely here in America in perfect and profound ignorance is not so easily
tolerated by those who follow the teachings of the "Prophet".
During Muhammad's
life, among his various wives he married a six year old girl when
he was over forty, and consumated the relationship with her when she was nine
years old. According to Craig Winn, who personally interviewed
terrorists at the risk of his own life and who wrote a thoroughly
documented biography of Muhammad's life, Muhammad was "a thief, liar, assassin,
mass murderer, terrorist, warmonger, and an unrestrained sexual pervert engaged
in pedophilia, incest, and rape. He authorized deception, assassinations,
torture, slavery, and genocide. He was a pirate, not a prophet." (Craig Winn, Prophet of
Doom). His band of followers were a far cry from the gentle apostles
who followed the Prince of Peace and went around healing and preaching
forgiveness in His name. The followers of Muhammad were a band of brigands who
raped, robbed and slaughtered whole villages in the name of Islam, with Muhammad
leading the pack. "Death to the Infidel" was part and parcel of this "religion"
from the very start, and the present day militants have not "hijacked" Islam to
suite their own present day nefarious ends; they are simply following the words
and the example of the murderous founder of their faith.
Islam is not a
religion of peace, and in it's long, bloody history it never has been.
At
this very moment Saudi Arabia is pouring millions of dollars into the United
States, building mosques, and setting up Islamic schools and camps for young
converts, filling them with hatred for Christians and Jews, and even
though most muslims in this country at this point are relatively
peaceful (except the ones who fly airplanes into buildings), when their numbers
reach a certain point, like killer bees they will turn on those who are the
"infidels" and wage a jihad within our own borders. (Update: At this time, April
22, 2004, while Christian children are being denied the right to share Jesus
with their classmates and Christmas scenes and the Ten Commandments are being
taken down from public squares in this country, the town of Hamtramck Michigan,
which is now one third muslim, is going to allow a Mosque to broadcast the
muslim call to prayer over loudspeakers five times a day within the city
limits).
There is a way to end Islamic
terrorism, if only we had a leader
with the vision and the fortitude to take the necessary steps to do it.
You do not destroy a noxious weed in a garden by merely plucking off a few
of the outer leaves here and there while leaving the main body of the plant to
grow. You must strike at the root of the problem and destroy it at it's
source. The same must be done with the Islamic terrorist threat, the source of
the evil must be destroyed. This can and must be done while there is still
time and strength enough in numbers, either by America or by some other country
or armed force in the world.
Before we discuss what this source
is, we must first of all understand that just as Judaism and Christianity
have our Ten Commandments, so too there are Five Pillars of Islam. These Five
Pillars must be observed by all faithful muslims throughout their lives in order
for them to have a chance of entering heaven, according to their belief system.
These Five Pillars of Islam are Shahadah, their confession of faith in
one God and in Muhammed as his messenger; Salat, or prayer; Zakat, or charity;
Sawm or fasting during their sacred month of Ramadan; and Hajj, or pilgramage to
Mecca, the city of their founder.
Salat, or prayer is preformed five times a
day by every muslim on the face of the earth, and wherever they may happen to be
they are meant to face towards the city of Mecca when they pray, even using a
compass and map to locate the right direction to face, and when they pray they
bow down to an object in that city.
The object they bow down to is an ancient
object, a mysterious object that is central to the faith of all muslims
worldwide. It is not only central to the Second Pillar of Islam, it is also
central to the Fifth Pillar of Islam, the Hajj.
The source of the evil that must be destroyed and that is central to the
Islamic faith worldwide is an idol made out of stone. It is the Kaaba
Stone, the Black Stone of Islam. This idol is the cornerstone of the Qibla,
the holiest of holies of the muslim religion; the stone that they believe was
presented by the angel Gabriel to be the foundation for the Qibla (Kaaba),
the ancient stone house in the center of the Masjid, the central worship place
of all muslims worldwide that can hold as many as one million people within it's
walls, located in the ancient city of Mecca, the city of the madman known for
centuries to his followers as "The Prophet" in Saudi Arabia. This idol is
venerated by all muslims and without it Islam the world over might in
a very short time entirely collapse.
There is a way for America to win this
war with terrorism, if we will take these steps:
1: Repent and turn back to the God
of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to His Son Jesus Christ, confess our sins and
turn from our wicked ways.
2. Elect a leader with the fortitude to send an
army in to conquer and subdue Saudi Arabia, the financial and spiritual
fountainhead of worldwide terrorism.
3. Send a general with troops to Mecca and evacuate the
city near the area of the Masjid.
4. Blow up the Kaaba and the Kaaba Stone, utterly
incinerate it and scatter the ashes into the sea.
5. Sanctify the area and set up a
church, and perhaps a Jewish synagogue as well.
6. Conquer the remaining muslim
states in the middle east, the far east and Africa, and do not make the
mistake of trying to democratise them within a few months of
their conquest. That would be tantamount to trying to teach
a rattlesnake to sit up and heel. You cannot duplicate what happened in
1776 in Philadelphia in Baghdad in 2004. They are two entirely distinct events,
separated by a vast cultural divide.
The events in 1776 were a unique moment
in history, presaged by a rich Christian heritage and by nearly two thousand
years of a cultural heritage dating back to the civilizations of the Greeks and
Romans. In the middle east you have a history of feudal dictatorships and
despots that date back to a bloodthirsty madman in the seventh century. There is
no comparison between the two situations, and you cannot just go into that
region and think that you are going to set up some sort of working democracy
like the Founding Fathers did in America two centuries ago.
If there is to
be peace in the middle east, we must first occupy these lands; we must jail the
Islamist clerics, and we must bulldoze every Mosque in the middle east to the
ground. (We must do this same thing in every country as soon as possible where
Islam exists, including the Western countries of Europe and America. This is not
a job for vigilantes and I am not advocating taking the law into your own hands;
laws must be passed and enforced; but it must be done, and it must be done
soon.
We are in a fight for our lives against a virulent, dangerous ideology
that causes people to blow up innocent children and behead good men and women
whose only crime is to seek to help an oppressed nation; an ideology that seeks
to put the entire world under the brutal dictatorship of sharia.)
Then we
must re-educate the people in the middle east, Africa and the far east, in
essence civilise them, instructing their children in the true faith of the
gospel. This may not happen until America has had a spiritual renaissance of her
own and a re-establishment of our own Christian foundation.
7. Establish a
Christian Republic here in America or in some other country in the world to
shepherd the other nations of the world under the regency, or guidelines of
the gospel to be wise and just stewards over the earth until the return of
Christ for His people.
As we enter the new
millennium, we have to ask ourselves whose set of beliefs will predominate
in the social and political fabric of the world. Some nation has got to assume
the mantle of responsibility to ensure that civil and religious rights are
safeguarded for all people. I believe that a Federation of governments based on
Christian principles is the only hope for mankind in the coming centuries.
I
believe that the American constitution, with the added provisions mentioned
above to ensure Christian liberty could be the blueprint for this government, or
body of governments worldwide. As Plato said, either philosophers (lovers of
wisdom and virtue) will become Kings, and Kings will become philosophers, or
else there can be no rest from troubles.
Regarding those heathen nations who have persecuted
Christians, and those in this country who have rejected the gospel and denied
Christians their rights and promoted abominations and the slaughter of the
innocents through abortion, if they will not yield to the gentle staff of our
Saviour through the preaching of the gospel, then let them be disciplined by the
iron of His rod, through a Christian government that would be guided by a set of
Biblical statutes to wield power in justice and in mercy, with the officials of
this government living frugal lives, not exalting themselves, not being harsh
taskmasters, not given over to utter licentiousness, not unduly enriching
themselves at the public expense, remembering justice, mercy, charity and
reverence for God, being servants for Christs' sake, wise stewards over a
Christian nation whom Christ shall raise up to shepherd the world until His
return.
That is the only hope for America to survive in this new millennium
and to fulfill her purpose, otherwise she will be destroyed by inward corruption
and finally by her enemies without. If America will not repent and return to her God, then she
will fall and she will be no more than a memory lost in the dust of history, and

I have said that there could be no peaceful resolution to our trouble as a
nation, unless we surrender our free rights as Christians and citizens to the
tyranny of the secular oligarchy. Sadly, this has indeed occurred. And yet, I do
believe that just as in the days when Israel had apostatised, and a man of God
had to flee from wicked rulers, so there is a righteous remnant left in this
land who may be holding back the hand of God's judgement, or at the very least
may alleviate it when it comes. There are some still who have not bowed the knee
to baal, and who still love the Lord with all of their hearts. And perhaps, in
His mercy, God may raise up a new nation on the ashes of this one, a country
that will fulfill what America was meant to be at one time, a light to the
nations, a City set on a hill:

The book of Revelation makes it clear that during the last days, when the events revealed to the Apostle John begin to take place immediately prior to the second coming of the Lord, that there will be at least two final prophets on the earth; and perhaps there will be more. It is written "Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. A lion has roared, who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken, who can but prophecy?" (Amos 3:7-8)
The prophet Joel wrote under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost that in the last days old men shall dream dreams and the young men shall see visions, thus an understanding of the events in that final book of the Bible will be revealed to His servants in the last days. Until that time comes (and it may be at hand, even at the doors) we are warned that in the last days there will also be many false prophets, even coming in the name of Christ, so every word should be weighed by God's infallible Word.
Take heed though, for the Word of God says that he who receives a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward, but to reject the words of a true prophet would be to put your own life at peril:
