There is no other kind
"And he said, 'Who are you
Lord?' Then the Lord said,
'I am Jesus, whom you are
persecuting. It is hard for you
to kick against the goads.'
So he, trembling and astonished
said, 'Lord, what will you have
me to do?' (obedience: Lordship-
discipleship) Then the Lord said to him,
'Arise, and go into the city, and it will
be shown you what you must do.'" Acts 9:5-6
"You call me teacher and Lord,
and you say well, for so I am." John 13:13.
"If you love me (true heart
conversion, not mere mental assent)
keep my commandments." John 14:12
"Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and do
not the things that I say?" Luke 6:46
"This is my commandment, that you
love one another, as I have loved you".
John 15:12 Christ, unlike pagan philosophers,
did not merely dole out good advice, He gave
Himself for us, physically suffered for us, sacrificed
Himself for us (John 15:13), and tells us to
doveo the same for all humanity, even unbelievers,
since He also loved us "when we were yet sinners",
and "we love Him because He first loved us".
Finally, "All authority has been given to Me in
heaven and in earth (He is Lord). Go and make
disciples of all nations (no difference between
discipleship and salvation), baptising them in the
name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the
Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things
that I have commanded you, and lo, I am with
you always, to the end of the world." Matthew 28:18-20
